How Important is Facial Care for you?

For many, taking care of your face is an important part alongside taking care of one’s health. For women, looking their best is a huge deal, and I mean that. I, personally, Love taking care of how I look and trying to reverse the signs of premature aging as much as possible. Women tend to look and search of anything that might come to use when it comes to having completely perfect skin. We undergo many facial skin problems, which include Acne as a teenager, dry skin when we mature, and even trying to get rid cellulite.

Having Perfect skin is not impossible. You have to look at all the factors that help you REACH perfect skin. These factors include:

1) DAILY FACIAL CARE- These most importantly includes three easy steps. WASH, TONE, MOISTURIZE. For whatever your skin type may be, following these three steps will bring you one step closer to great skin.

2) OUTSIDE SALON TREATMENTS- These aren’t necessary all the time but very nice to do once a month or so. Please try to get any facials or salon laser treatments from PROFESSIONALS, certified professionals, anyone else can probably damage your skin without you suspecting. I say this with experience. Look at reviews, good sources, and online for more information of how to find the right salon for yourself.

3) DETOXIFY- Yes, detoxifying your body from inside out is just as essential to keeping your skin looking healthy as eating right. There are many modes to Detoxify- Foot pads, Drinks (aloe Vera, acai), Laxatives, etc.

4) EATING HEALTHY- Your diet plays an important role when it comes to looking good on the outside. Keep a close watch at what you eat, those pimples might be showing up because your diet is poor. Add lots of water, fruits, and vegetables to your diet. If nothing is working, maybe its time to see an nutritionist or ask your physician what you can do to help you get back in shape.

5) WORKING OUT- Exercising and working out at least 3-4 times a week is very important to keeping yourself looking great. Try to take baby steps and bring it up a notch once your body adjusts.

6) USING THE RIGHT PRODUCTS- Sometimes your skin doesn’t look and feel it’s best because you aren’t using the right products. Make sure you ask an SKINCARE EXPERT to see what your skin really needs. Many women just don’t know sometimes and they are doing something wrong.
