Obsessed with yourself?

I don’t get a lot of visitors…kinda sad..but I guess you learn how to deal with it…and frankly I don’t care because I don’t want to try to get hits to my website but people who are actually interested in reading my blog posts. I sometimes Wish I could write out my heart’s content but many things on my mind are probably very inappropriate for me to share with everyone out there….people I havent met but are part of my online buddies. I wish I could meet people who do read about me and my blog and the blogs I read everyday…would it be any different? I wonder a lot sometimes…

My main topic today…is Obsession over yourself. How obsessed are people about themselves today?? Well, in my opinion, I find a lot of people are. Would I count myself as one of them? Maybe…a little bit…but if taking care of yourself as much or as little as you can is called obsession than I don’t know what else to say here….

Obsession might be a very strong word, in the sense that, we use obsession to describe:
A) Someone who has a huge attraction towards someone or something
B) Someone who is addicted to someone or something

and many more other ways of saying it of course…
but when it comes to being Obsessed with yourself…lots of people do not really call it that, which is the pathetic part.
It is known mostly as …”Oh I love taking care of myself and I do not know that I might be going WAY overboard…”
or they just want to copy celebrity lifestyles into their own lifestyles.
I wish I was more obsessed with myself. I do like taking care of myself, it’s a good thing…but that’s maybe like once a MONTH i get to…the other days are spent quite Normal, boring, and repetitive.

I just wanted to point that what I’ve seen people obsessing so much with themselves is maybe way too much for other’s to handle. They might think of you in a negative aspect and you might be very unlucky in many situations. I’ve just seen previews of this show called “The Hunks” With of course, as the title suggests, bunch of hunky guys talking about how Metrosexual they are…but more about the troubles they face for being overly obsessed with themselves. troubles like, getting girls perhaps…and etc etc. People really don’t look at them in a boyfriend or husband material type of way…

Looking forward to checking that show out.
