The Express Scripts/Walgreens Dispute

The start of this year bought trouble for many who rely on low priced prescriptions. Many of us use Walgreens and other pharmacies in our daily lives and count on getting our medicine and prescriptions from there. Ever since the Express Scripts Pharmacy network has cut off Walgreens from it’s network, things have gotten heated up because of many reasons.

But first, What is Express Scripts? It is basically an pharmacy network and the middleman provider between pharmacies who provides health care services,health plans, and employers who pay for the medications. Express Scripts has gained a lot financially from their position and now patients will have to go elsewhere for in network pharmacy benefits. This dispute will greatly affect patients because now patients under this program will have to change their pharmacists and some might have to travel very far, when they had it easy going to a local Walgreens which are usually 24 hours as well. A lot can become an hassle for patients because they aren’t even seeing any of their costs go down either. It’s a lot of pain for the patients. To ease their patients pain a little, Walgreens is offering Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens, which offers a special discount of annual membership. This will allow patients that are affected with the chance to join and stay with Walgreens for $5, or %10 for the family, and get savings on over 8000 brands of brand name and generic medications. You will also get discounts on flu shots, pet prescriptions, and diabetic supplies when necessary. Receiving bonuses will be a plus as well when you purchase Walgreens brand products.

What do I think about this? I think it’s astonishing but can we really even get there? Why tell us about a planet that outside our freaking solar system. It’s great to know that this planet is habitable but can we actually be able to travel that far amidst an crisis (if earth does ever undergo one in the future) Anything is possible, no doubt. This article does bring a lot of questions to the mind. What if there are other species, twice our size, twice as strong, because the gravity is twice as much. What if they come to Earth! We might be doomed lol I just came up with one hell of a Movie Idea right here. The planet Gliese vs. Earth haha! But then again, there might be no body or nothing there. I just think it’s useless to talk about something that we cannot get too. What do you guys think about this? Comment your thoughts.
EDIT/UPDATE: Okay so I told my brother about this…he knew about it before i even said a word to him lol. He’s like yaya I know that planet Gliese with the red dwarf star revolving around it. Im like…WOW okay you knew it before it came out in the news. It’s actually been known for a while and then he said imagine if we can turn the idea that some species on this Planet are twice the size, twice as faster than humans and they come to Earth first and try to take over LOL I was like, exactly what I thought. We truly are brother and sister! HAHA!

This is bonkers! Why would you leave that poor girl on her wedding day….That’s insane! I would find that guy and punch the lights out of him..I wouldn’t be committing suicide..I would be planning for some serious beat up action against the guy! What the hell was she doing! There are so many guys out there…plus revenge is sweet! Regardless of my silly opinion, this story was pretty wild! I hope she can have a second chance…I say hitch up with the guy who saved you girly Post your thoughts about this publicity stunt? LOL
