Tips on Looking Skinnier

Weight is a major problem for many us, women. We struggle and work hard to look our best, as much as we can. It becomes particularly hard after marriage and after you have kids. Staying in shape becomes a daily chore, just like the rest of the chores you have to do as a mother and wife. I know how hard it is because regardless of being on a very strict diet, I tend to gain a few extra lbs every once in a while. My weight goes up and down a lot, to a point where I don’t even understand.

I have come up with some tips for myself, and which might be useful for other’s that suffer with weight problems all year round. It is hectic and frustrating indeed.

A) A good idea would be to stay active and eat healthy as MUCH AS YOU CAN! Try to make yourself a journal where you record your daily calorie intake and record your daily activity. Thanx to technology, you can download apps on your phone which help you lose weight, keep a track of your physical activity, and even calorie counters so you know your not overeating.

B)Get Diet supplements that will help boost your energy. I recommend checking drugstores and the top sellers. Read reviews and see what others thought of it.

C) If all else fails, GET SOME SHAPEWEAR to hide those stubborn bulges. I use shapewear myself when I go out just because I feel more confident in the clothes I wear. Exercise Your Brain, Your Benefit

In today’s world, it is very important to stay healthy among all the unhealthy choices we have to face on a daily basis. Being healthy not only promises a good life, but also great well-being, staying happy with yourself and so on. By staying healthy you also need to keep your brain active as well. For a long time I wasn’t studying or reading much (except online things) I realized if I don’t do much my brain will start to act slowly and I wasn’t making as quick responses and decisions as I used to. I knew about brain exercises which can help you achieve good brain stimulation to help you stay fit and active mentally. I find it very important to keep your brain well by brain training.
There are very different ways to help you meet this. For example, they are many brain training websites, games, and even apps on your brain that help you do many exercises to keep your brain working and improve your reflexes as well. Gym Chaos

As I had mentioned in my earlier “updates” post, I was going to join a gym. It has been a disaster to find a gym around the 5 mile radius of my zip code. Why? I’ll tell you why. First of all, the gyms around in my area are super expensive and not clean at all! I checked out most of them, they are crowded with SO MANY people, its ridiculous. I searched online for days to see which one I can reach in about 10-15 mins, Bally’s fitness was another option but my Brother had mentioned how much it truly sucked! he told me how smelly it was, too crowded, you wont get a free machine ever, the locker rooms are smelly and dirty and it stinks overall! So I thought, hmmm…okay I don’t think I want to pay about 100 bucks and still endure all that stink! No thanx! Plus the staff wasnt friendly and when I went to check it out, the place was JAM packed! I personally find it embarrassing working out in front of men, so I decided why not Lucille Roberts. read their ratings online and found out that gym is worse. They tend to keep charging you even after your contract ends…I wouldn’t want that credit card hassle! Plus their machines are PRETTY OUTDATED! 1980′s perhaps…very very old. They need a serious upgrade with their gym! So that leaves me when the very expensive gyms I cannot afford…so there you have it…there is NO GYM I can go to! Just my freaking luck…..
I’ve decided after much thought, that I will just buy myself a exercise bike from the sporting goods place. End of story and keep a lookout for a reasonably priced and clean gym around my area. I wish I could make my own!
