Tips on Looking Skinnier

Weight is a major problem for many us, women. We struggle and work hard to look our best, as much as we can. It becomes particularly hard after marriage and after you have kids. Staying in shape becomes a daily chore, just like the rest of the chores you have to do as a mother and wife. I know how hard it is because regardless of being on a very strict diet, I tend to gain a few extra lbs every once in a while. My weight goes up and down a lot, to a point where I don’t even understand.

I have come up with some tips for myself, and which might be useful for other’s that suffer with weight problems all year round. It is hectic and frustrating indeed.

A) A good idea would be to stay active and eat healthy as MUCH AS YOU CAN! Try to make yourself a journal where you record your daily calorie intake and record your daily activity. Thanx to technology, you can download apps on your phone which help you lose weight, keep a track of your physical activity, and even calorie counters so you know your not overeating.

B)Get Diet supplements that will help boost your energy. I recommend checking drugstores and the top sellers. Read reviews and see what others thought of it.

C) If all else fails, GET SOME SHAPEWEAR to hide those stubborn bulges. I use shapewear myself when I go out just because I feel more confident in the clothes I wear. I came across the BEST Seamless shape wear, which help me look my best even on those “feeling kinda fat” days :) I’ve also found that wearing shapewear and the Best Body shaper helps me feel good throughout the day and I don’t have to worry about my appearance or what others might be thinking. I like your blog because you have good tips. I’m skinny from before but sometimes I want to hide my stomach after I ate because it gets a little bloated.

Thanks for the comment on my blog Moni! :) Much appreciated, and thanks for this neat blog. I should probably be one of the last people to complain but I definitely have those ‘fat’ days! I definitely need to up my daily vitamins so maybe your post will be the push I need ;) Also I was browsing through a few of your old posts and I couldn’t help but noticing the stomach one! I had a really bad encounter with a stomach ulcer 2 years ago, and ever since my stomach problems have only worsened. I’ll check out some reviews on the brands you gave thanks!

awww you should def. get checked out. I was also prescribed NEXIUM “the purple pill” helps a lot with ulcer problems. Ask you doc definitely
